 Sechii Zubza FC humiliated United 16 FC 6-0 on Wednesday in the ongoing Kohima Football League at Kohima Local Ground. With this win, Sechii Zubza FC earned 3 points and remained in the top list.

In the first half, Shiirhosiil Zhotso (9) scored the first goal in 15th minute. The second goal came through the boot of team captain Kekhrieletuo Tsira (11) in 44th with good supply from Khiuwangbo Kaurintah. The first half ended with 2-0 score line. 

After the breather, Sechii Zubza still remained strong and determined, Aloumei Panmei (10) netted the 3rd goal in 47th minute when Kekhrieletuo Tsira (11) attempt failed and deflected out from the keeper’s hand. The corner kick by Khiuwangbo Kaurintah (8) converted into 4th goal by Noune Medoze (21) in 52nd minute. Shiirhosiil Zhotso (9) scored the 5th goal in 59th min through a free-kick from distance. The last goal that sealed the match was netted by Zeaneikho Miasalhou (19) in 90+2nd minute.  Zeaneikho Miasalhou (19) of Sechii Zubza FC was yellow carded for unsporting behaviour.

In the first march, Twenty XI FC registered 1-1 draw against defending champion Ziekiezou SC.

Ziekiezou SC captain Neikethozo Yhome (7) opened the first account in 11th minute. Twenty XI FC failed on several attempts and opportunity to equalize the goal. 

The first half ended with score line of 1-0. After the lemon break, Twenty XI FC much tried and attempts remained futile as its opponent thoroughly checked for the equalizer goal. However, in the injury added time the Metol Neikha (7) scored the much anticipated equalizer in 90+3 minute through a spot kick conversion.

Neikethozo Yhome (7) and Ketholezo (6) both of Ziekiezou SC were yellow carded for foul play in the field. Both the team earned one point each.   

Teisovise Metha, Commandant of 4th NAP was the match patron on Wednesday.
