Khumo releases SJHSS magazine

Advisor Fisheries, Evaluation, Economic and Statistics, L. Khumo on November 26, released a magazine “Metamorphosis” of St John Higher Secondary School Tuensang. 

The special guest released the magazine in the presence of DC, DIG Range, SP, administrative officers, teachers and students of St John Higher Secondary School Tuensang.

The Metamorphosis is a compilation of the experience writing of the students of SJHSS Tuensang on the concluded general election to Lok Sabha. The activity was conducted based on the ECI’s motto “No Voters to be Left behind” where the students served as volunteers for the Persons with Disabilities during the polling day.

Speaking on the occasion, the special guest applauded the principal and faculties for the initiative.

He reminded the students that should make use of their time judiciously so that can have a bright future.

“Work hard consistently so that one day you will become a leader of your community and even a state”, he said.

Deputy commissioner Tuensang, Mohammed Ali Shihab and DIG Range also exhorted the students.

Experience sharing from student’s representative was given by Kushe.

The programme also witnessed dances and songs from the students. The programme began with an address by Dr. Rev Sivi George principal SJHSS and ended with a vote of thanks by Renben Mozhui, AEO Tuensang.
