KLC holds special service with KOH

Kohima Law College (KLC) held a special service with Kohima Orphanage Home (KOH) on August 6, led by the Orphanage Home mother Neibano. 

A press release from KLC media cell stated that, Neibano shared about the function of the Home while welcoming the teaching & non-teaching faculty and students of KLC. Professor-in-charge, KLC, Kezhokhoto Savi was the speaker where he cited several successful stories of an orphanage including Mother Teresa Mission. He had also shared that God loves the children and as a child of God, they are to put trust in God and not to go astray but walk with Jesus. 
Teaching and non-teaching staff of KLC conducts prayer meeting on every first day of the month after normal classes are over along with free will offering and with these money collection the group has bought five (5) bags of rice, salt and dal which were given to KOH. KOH consists of more than hundred including 93 children (school and college going). Professor-in-charge Kezhokhoto Savi sincerely appealed the state government particularly the concerned department to regularly supply rice to the Home as per the National Food Security Act, 2013 where they could be covered under both Priority Household (PHH) and AAY.
A memory scripture recitation was presented by the children including several pieces of choir singing and a special group song was also presented by the students of KLC.
