Korean artist Jang Han-byul arrives Dimapur

 It’s good news for Korean pop music/K-Pop fans, for the much awaited “Summer Star Tour” with K- Pop singer, Jang Han-byul. 

He is all set to perform on July 20, at IMC hall, Dimapur. 

The Korean singer and television personality who appeared on various Korean reality shows and former lead vocalist of boy band LED Apple. Jang Han-byul arrived Dimapur on Friday. 

Talking to media persons, Friday, at Grant Tizu Dimapur, Jang Han-byul said that it is going to be his first concert in India,  and expressed his “curiosity and excitement” to fan at the concert. “Nagaland, a place of hopes and dreams” exclaimed Jang Han-byul, who is hoping to have a good experience. He being a food lover, also looks forward trying Naga cuisines including “Naga Chilli.”

The artist also holds a bachelor’s degree in dental science from the University of Queensland. Talking about his career, he said that he loves music and thereby he encouraged the fans to opt for what they love doing sincerely and urged to work hard in order to achieve their goal.  The artist also looks forward to pursue acting career in future. His hobbies include sports, which he said would be physically active. 

Talking about the event, Pink box member considering the last year’s event with K-pop band Mont which was a great success, it was mentioned that “Korean music has in some way impacted us, though lot of people are apprehensive about it, music is music and it binds us whether its English, Hindi or Korean”. 

The event “Summer Star Tour” is hosted by Musik-A Events in association with Pinkbox Events.

The event will also be held at Joysing Doloi Auditorium Hall at Diphu, Assam on July 21 and at Kohima, heritage on July 23. 

Event organisers Musik-A said that the event has been organized for the love of music and K-pop fans and so also creating platform for young artists to showcase their talents. It was also informed that fans from other cities have also arrived to attend the event. 

Organizers also encouraged the fans to support the event by being part of it saying “It’s just the beginning.”
