KSOK observes 30th raising day

Kohima Sümi Officers Küqhakulu (KSOK) observed its 30th raising day at Hotel Japfii on Thursday evening.

Gracing the occasion as the guest speaker, additional director Health & Family Welfare Nagaland, Dr. Hotokhu Chishi spoke on the “identity of Sumi”. He challenged the Sümi officers to impart moral values to their children from home. He also shared the detailed  present trends of Sumi officers in the state. He called upon the officers to teach moral values, discipline, work culture to the children to be useful and productive citizens in future.  

Earlier, KSOK president Er. Z. Tokishe Sema delivered presidential address.

Rev. Dr.  Hokheto Chophy, pastor Sumi Baptist Church Kohima prayed for Sumi officers.

The occasion also witnessed felicitation of the retired officers. Spring Voice enthralled the gathering with folk song. Programme was chaired by Vikiho Yeptho while vote of thanks was proposed by Er. Kahuli Sema. More than 60 members attended the programme.
