KUM and KBCD donate to COVID hospital Dimapur

Konyak union Mon (KUM), apex body and Konyak Baptist Church Dimapur (KBCD) donated Rs.2 lakh (one lakh each) to COVID-19 hospital Dimapur, where cash was handed over to the medical superintendent, Dr. Kheshito Sema on June 1 at commissioner’s rest house in the presence of APC Nagaland who is in-charge of Dimapur district for COVID-19 activities, Khiketo Sema and secretary F&CS, convenor empowered committee, Honje Konyak.

According to DIPR report, on behalf of KUM, representative of Konyak Union Hq Mon, Mosa Konyak acknowledged the selfless services rendered by the frontline workers. He maintained that people were sitting at home in their comfort zones while all frontline workers carry out their duties without proper food and sleep, risking your lives.

Reminding that they were continuously upholding all the frontline workers in their prayers, he added that God would surely shower His blessings upon them.

Earlier, in a brief fellowship at commissioner’s rest house, pastor KBC Dimapur, Rev. M. Tonlong Konyak read the scripture and offered prayers. President Konyak students union Dimapur, C. Wangwan Konyak and deacon KBC Dimapur, Aowang Konyak were also present.
