The 3rd Lotha national workers’ (LNW) general meeting was held at the region headquarter and deliberated on the burning scenario of the Indo Naga political talks which is nearing conclusion for signing a political agreement on February 11.

A press release from NSCN (I-M) Lotha region caretaker/CAO Chichamo Tsanglao stated that, meeting resolved to reiterate and stand by the collective leadership and members of the collective leader and joint council decision to stand firm and uphold the spirit of the Framework Agreement.
Asserting that, if the Naga political settlement is outside the purview of the agreed Framework Agreement, the LNW resolved to stand tall with the collective leadership and members of the collective leader and joint council decision in letter and spirit come what may.
Meanwhile, the LNW has whole heartedly re-endorsed and re-affirmed the Framework Agreement signed between the GoI and NSCN on August 3, 2015 which must lead to an acceptable and honorable settlement of the Indo-Naga political issue.
Further, the LNW extends profound gratitude and appreciation to every individual, church, forum, national workers and civil societies across and beyond Nagalim who have supported and declared their unflinching support on the Naga cause through media outlet.
LNW also appealed to everyone to continue upholding both the negotiating parties in their prayers so that the 23 (twenty three) years of Indo-Naga peace talk is gracefully concluded.
LNW meeting was held in the presence of R.T. Tsanglao, member of collective leadership and M. Daniel Lotha, cabinet secretary to the GPRN.
