500gm beef (boneless)
100gm onion
4 garlic cloves 
1 tbsp minced ginger 
5 dried red chillies 
10gm green chili
1 sprig curry leaves 
1 tsp coriander powder 
1tsp garam masala powder 
1 tsp meat masala powder 
1tsp chili powder 
2tbsp lemon Juice 
Salt to taste
Oil for frying 
For Marinating the Meat
1tsp turmeric powder 
1tsp garam masala powder 
1tspred chili powder 
2tbsp ginger garlic paste 
1. Wash the meat thoroughly and drain all water. Cut it into thin strips.
2. Marinate the meat with all the above ingredients and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
3. Slice onion, finely chop garlic and ginger and slit green chili.
4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the meat until browned on both sides and remove.
5. To the same oil, add onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic and curry leaves and sauté until brown.
6. Reduce heat and add red chili powder, meat masala powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder. Sauté for few minutes.
7. Add the meat to the pan and cook till the meat is tender. Sprinkle 2 tbsp lemon juice and mix well. Remove from fire. Serve with rice.
