MITE organises fresher’s day

With an objective of building good relations among the newly inducted student–teachers, the seniors and the faculty, Modern Institute of Teacher Education (MITE) organised its 8th Fresher’s day on August 9.

Guest of honour, managing director Pelee Hekha briefed the gathering on newly drafted National Policy on Education, 2019 with a special focus on teacher education. He urged the teachers to take the challenges of equipping themselves with the knowledge and skills from multi-disciplines. The programme was compered by Velu Khamu and Thsutho Kajiri, vote of thanks by Tsely Thaam and benediction by assistant professor, MITE, Asani Maheo.
