200gm paneer
100gm potato
100gm cauliflower
50gm beans
1 large capsicum
150gm green peas
1 large onion
2 tomatoes
4tbsp grated dry coconut
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
2tsp sesame seed
6-8 cashew nuts 
1tbsp red chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin 
20gm whole garam masala
Salt to taste
2tbsp butter
Oil to fry
1. Heat pan on a medium heat and dry roast whole garam masala, coconut and sesame seeds till the aroma from spices starts to come out.
2. Add the masala in a blender, add cashew nuts and water and grind to form a smooth paste. 
3. Cut all the vegetables and paneer into desired size. Fry them in oil and keep aside.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and finely chopped onion and sauté. Add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder stir and cook for few minutes.
5. Add chopped tomatoes cover and cook for some time. Add the masala paste , mix well and add water as required.
6. Add red chilli powder and cook till oil separates from the spices. 
7. Stir in the vegetables and paneer. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Check for seasoning and finally top it with butter for richer taste.
