Mnp COVID-19 cases touch 970

With the discharge of 70 COVID-19 patients on Wednesday, the recovery rate of the pandemic in Manipur increased to 33.81 percent. An official source in the state health department said that a total of 70 patients – 32 from Bishnupur district hospital, 17 from UNNACO Covid care facility and 10 from JNIMS hospital were discharged on Wednesday after they were found COVID-19 negative on RT PCR test. 
On the other hand, 49 fresh cases were detected during the last 24 hours. Including the fresh cases, the COVID-19 tally rose to 970 with 642 active cases. The 49 fresh cases were detected out of 2,648 samples tested during the last 24 hours of June 24.
