Multi Media Exhibition concludes at Kisama

 The concluding function of the Multi Media Exhibition commemorating the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi was held at Naga Heritage Village, Kisama with Nagaland minister of higher & technical education and tribal affairs Temjen Imna Along as special guest. 

Addressing the function, the minister urged upon the gathering to built a robust and strong society. “Let us all try to built a robust Nagaland which is not only beautiful by our festivals but by our way of life,” Along said.
Referring to the Multimedia exhibition, the minister said it was privilege for him to come to a centre where the life of Mahatma was celebrated. 
Emphasizing the need to imbibe the qualities of the Mahatma in every step of lives, Along called upon the gathering to be the living ideas.
The minister also felicitated the winners of the essay competition that was conducted on the topic “The relevance of Gandhi’s Values and principles in the present context.”  Tulasi Bisukarma secured the first position while Wapangzenla and Pangjungwati secured second and third positions respectively. Earlier, the minister also paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi.  The artists of ROB Imphal presented the welcome song.
