NAAC peer team visits Mount Tiyi College

National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC) peer team visited Mount Tiyi College (MTC) Wokha on August 29 and 30 for the first cycle assessment. 

A press release from the principal of Mount Tiyi College Wokha, Dr. Apeni Lotha stated that the peer team comprised of former vice-chancellor Satavahana University, Karimnagar, Telangana, professor Mohd. Iqbal Ali, as the chairman; professor Ashan Riddi from the department of History, Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh as member coordinator; and principal Tolani Commerce College, Gujarat, Dr. Manish K. Pandya, as member.

After the meetings and interactions with the principal, staff, students, parents, and alumni, and after inspecting the college infrastructure, the chairman of the peer team expressed his satisfaction and wished the college success and growth.

The college expressed gratitude to the NAAC peer team, director and officials from Higher Education, director CDC, Nagaland University, additional deputy commissioner Wokha, alumni, parents, Lotha Hoho, Lotha Eloe Hoho, Lotha Students Union and all well-wishers who took part in the successful conduct of the assessment.

The meeting was attended by director Higher Education, Kuholi Chishi; director CDC, Nagaland University, Dr. Krishna Kant Upadhyay, Wokha district administration, alumni association, parents, Lotha Hoho, Lotha Eloe Hoho, and Lotha Students Union.
