Naga students participate  in Hindi language drama

 For the overall development and to enhance the skills of the students, National Integration Camp – Ek Bharat Shrastha Bharat was held from October 31 to November 2 at New Delhi, where Kendriya Vidyalaya Kohima bagged the first prize of national theatre competition. This is the first time that a Vidyalaya under Tinsukia region has achieved such a successful achievement. It is also the first time that a Vidyalaya from Nagaland had acquired such a great success at National level, including Naga students participating in Hindi language drama.

The representatives from the Kendriya Vidyalaya Kohima are Shive Kumar Sharma (IX), Abhay Thakur (IX), Visisuto Mekro (IX), Anisha Gautam (VIII), Shreya Jakhmola (VIII), Mariam Limbu (VIII), Cheweteu Kapfo (VI). Music teacher Ankit Rajput directed and produced the drama of the competition.

The winners were awarded the prestigious trophy along with the certificate from New Delhi and the school, Moreover, Sarabjit Singh DIG & VMC chairman, CRPF Camp Lerie Hills Kohima felicitated the winners at the school premises on November 14 for their crowning glory.
