Nagaland beat Arunachal in CK Nayudu Trophy

Nagaland defeated Arunachal Pradesh by an innings and 173 Runs in the Col C K Nayudu Trophy (2019-20) played at Jalan Outdoor Stadium, Dibrugarh, Assam on January 6.

After electing to bat first, Arunachal Pradesh players were bowled out for just 30 runs in the first innings.

For Nagaland, A Yadav claimed 4 wickets while Akavi and Hopongkyu took 3 and 1 respectively.

Nagaland riding on Imli’s 123 runs and Puchu’s 105 runs put up a massive 406 runs in the first innings. Joshua also scored 40 runs.

For Arunachal team, Nabam Josh claimed 6 wickets. 

In the second innings, Arunachal Pradesh scored 203 in 60 overs. Licha Jhon scored 64 runs while Md Bilal scored 41 runs. 

For Nagaland, Akavi claimed 6 wickets.
