Naga missionaries in Cambodia held its 13th annual meet at Kampot city, located at the South West province of Cambodia. 

A press release from Nagas in Cambodia (NACAM), former advisor, Lipyingo Kikon stated that 34 members representing eight distinctive Naga tribes of Nagas from Nagaland and Manipur, currently engaged in various expressions of soul wining ministries across the kingdom of Cambodia, participated in the occasion.  The gathering was also attended by highest number of NACAM members on record, fulfilling its foundational motto “connected for His purpose”.    

Speaking in the main fellowship hour, Merenla Aonok quoting Numbers 20: 6-11, dwelled on the vital attitude and uncompromising spirit of obedience to God’s sovereign direction and call under all circumstances. 

On behalf of the former core official members of NACAM, outgoing advisor, Lipyingo extended appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to all its members for making 2019 NACAM meet a success. 

Some of the main highlights of the event were pleasure trip to a popular local resort in Kampot city and recreational kayaking.  The members also organized a trip to a famous tourist attraction places.

The new team of NACAM is led by Rocky Shimary as president, Atoka Swu as general secretary, Rekem Gangmei as prayer secretary and Hajanthung Ngullie as advisor for a term of two years.  

NACAM is an acronym for Nagas in Cambodia officially formed in 2007 with its motto “connected for His purpose”. Over the years, number of Nagas stationed across the kingdom of Cambodia and actively serving as missionaries in various fields of ministry have exponentially multiplied and accrued to 48 individuals including children.

Launched on December 3,1990. Nagaland Post is the first and highest circulated newspaper of Nagaland state. Nagaland Post is also the first newspaper in Nagaland to be published in multi-colour.
