Naga Christian Fellowship (NCF) Hyderabad celebrated its silver Jubilee on the August 19 under the theme “Covenanted to Engage” (Leviticus 2:13 and Mathew 5:13).

A press release from NCF Hyderabad stated that UESI vice president, L.T Jeyachandran was the speaker for the occasion while secretary Nagaland Missions Movement, Rev. Andrew Semp, launched the souvenir magazine. Rev. Dr. L. L. Kikon, one of the founding members and the first chairman of NCF Hyderabad, graced the occasion and exhorted the gathering. NCF pastors and representatives from 13 cities across the country were also present.

Speaking about the occasion, NCF Hyderabad pastor, Zajamo Odyuo said “God is indeed faithful to keep and sustain the work He begins, and it is humbling to even consider that God would have us - our little congregation and our little story, as a part of His glorious kingdom project and His big story in the grand scheme of things.”

The release stated that what started as a small home gathering of a handful of Nagas in 1993, had today grown into a regular fellowship with over 300 members in the city and many more alumni across the county.

Launched on December 3,1990. Nagaland Post is the first and highest circulated newspaper of Nagaland state. Nagaland Post is also the first newspaper in Nagaland to be published in multi-colour.
