Kohima Traffic DSP, Manon Wallin in his greetings thanked the NCSU for appreciating their work and recognising them not only with words but also through gesture by organising such programmes.  He said the most common trade between pastors, traffic police and contractors is that they all work in the lives of the people, saying they are like machine of the society who work for the welfare of the society. He also maintained that it is the good oiled machine that made the machine operational and to have that they have to follow the life of Jesus Christ. He further advised all to work with humbleness and humility. As they celebrate Christmas, he said this is the season to introspect and repair themselves with humbleness and honesty.

Speaker, Kohima Town Pastors Fellowship president, Kevichalie Metha in his speech said God is omnipresent and the service that  one do for the people is a service to God and if one is faithful,  God will bless him/her.  He also questioned the true meaning of Christmas and said many of them focused so much on other things and forget about the true meaning of Christmas. In the midst of all the celebration, he stated that Christ should be the in the middle and should be the reason of celebrating Christmas.

Metha also took the Hornbill Festival and other festivals or events as an example and said they are very busy with these celebration and preparation throughout the month and do not look deeper on what Christmas really means.  He ended his speech advising all to be more like the three wise man in the Bible who only focused on the birth of Christ and kept everything aside.

The program was earlier blessed with invocation by Ruokuovilie Sachü and benediction was predicted by Vezopa Rhakho.
