Neiba Kronu inaugurates park at DHP

Neiba Kronu, minister of Planning and Co-ordination, Land Revenue & Parliamentary Affairs said that health care should focus on beautification of hospital and cleanliness as it acted as therapeutic treatment for patients. 

A press release from district media officer Phek, Kutolu Nakro stated that, Neiba said this at the inauguration of park in the District Hospital Phek (DHP) on September 12. He pointed out that about 20-30 percent of the patients get well just by looking at beautiful landscape of the hospital. He added that clean surrounding of hospitals marked the civilization of the society. 
He also expressed satisfaction with the hospital management society of DHP, saying that management was very important in any discipline for implementation of quality care. He assured DHP all possible help for better delivery of health care. 
Sachin Jaiswal deputy commissioner Phek in his short speech said that it was not only the responsibility of the nurses and doctors in managing the hospital but also of the community which play an important role in maintaining health care. He called upon the community leaders, NGOs and youth leaders to give more efforts in improving and sustaining the hospital. He added that he was grateful to Phek Town Baptist Church and Sohomi village through their contributions towards construction of the hospital park. 
Kronu also attended the DPDB meeting Phek on September 12 at DC conference hall. Kronu said the government was giving top priority on road and power development because almost all developmental activities were taking place through this facility. Chotisu Sazo MLA & Yitachu MLA attended the meeting and gave a short speeches.
