A section of NH- 29 below Avile Petrol Pump in Kohima, which sank on the intervening night of July 7 and 8, was thrown open for both light and heavy vehicles on Thursday afternoon.
ADC Kohima Lithrongla informed told Nagaland Post that the normal movement of vehicles was opened for both light and heavy vehicles on Thursday at around 4pm following trial run by the heavy vehicle on July 18 night and July 19 morning.

Meanwhile, Addl. SP & PRO Kohima informed that the traffic would be regulated for smooth passage on both sides. In this regard, PRO has requested commuters to bear with the inconvenience.
