Nagaland Law Students’ Federation (NLSF) has re-dedicated to uphold its motto of “Justice For All” and to achieve its main goal for an early completion of the Nagaland High Court, Govt. Law College and a directorate of Prosecution in the state.

A press release from NLSF president, C. Talimoa and information & publicity secretary, Renbeni Ezung stated, this decision was made during its presidential meeting held on March 7 in Dimapur.

NLSF stated that, the lackadaisical attitude of the concerned authorities of the state government towards law students have led to the non-accomplishment of demands of the law federation. It further added that without a Govt. Law College, the students’ community, especially those from the impoverished sections of the society and from far flung locations were facing much hardship in pursuing law studies in the state.

NLSF expressed concerned that  despite the passage of more than 57 years since attaining statehood, Nagaland was yet to have a Government Law College, which the NLSF has been pursuing for many years to the concerned authorities of the state govt. for establishment of a Govt/Public Law College in the state.
