NMA congratulates Konyaks on Guinness World record

The Naga Mothers’ Association (NMA) has expressed immense pride and extended its appreciation and congratulations to the Konyak Nyupuh Sheko Khong (KNSK) for their successful largest Konyak Traditional Dance Guinness World record attempt with 4,687 participants.

Naga Mothers’ Association  president, Abei-ü Meru, in a congratulatory note stated “such a rare achievement and yet you all have done it with such spectacular performances.”

Abei-ü opined that the aim of life lay in pushing limitations. It also stated that the Konyak Nyupuh Sheko Khong had succeeded in this and showed inspirational dedication, enthusiasm and insight.

“The KNSK has excelled in showcasing the rich and vibrant colours beautifully to the world and also in preserving the rich culture and tradition simultaneously” it stated.

The NMA wished Konyak Nyupuh Sheko Khong all the very best and conveyed wishes for God to continue to bless it with many more achievements.
