Nodal officers training meet in Kma

Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) & Mission Antyodaya Survey 2020, as per Nagaland state calendar for People’s Plan Campaign, training for line department nodal officers was held on September 16 at RD conference hall, Kohima.

A press release by state nodal officer, GPDP, K. Neibou Sekhose stated that director RD, Imnukshila Jamir highlighted the role of nodal officers during the campaign and requested nodal officers to coordinate in monitoring the entire process of GPDP by ensuring convergence among inter departmental coordination at all levels and to provide support to Gram Panchayat Planning and Facilitation Team (GPPFT). 

Resource persons SPM-MIS, NSRLM, Renvungo Murry spoke on Mission Antyodaya, senior faculty & nodal officer RGSA, SIRD, Dr. Juthsutho Phoji introduced People’s Plan Campaign 2020.

Programme manager, Kenivole Richa shared PRI-SHG convergence, village poverty reduction plan while rural development officer, Vilopi Angami shared on social inclusion & social development and Gram Panchayat Development Plan 2021-22.

Officers from RD, SIRD and NSRLM along with nodal officers from the departments of New & Renewable Energy, PWD (R&B), Agriculture, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Art & Culture, etc, attended the training.

The campaign will be rolled out as “Sabki Yojana Sabka Vikas” from October 2 to January 31, 2021.  During the campaign, structured Gram Sabha meetings will be held for preparing village development plan for the next financial year i.e. 2021-22.
