NSRLM organises workshop on livelihoods MIS

Four-day workshop on MIS and review and planning of Livelihoods component of the Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM) began on December 10 at DUDA, Kohima.        

Addressing the participants at the inaugural session, secretary RD & Mission Director NSRLM, Athel O. Lotha spoke about NRLM shift of focus towards livelihoods enhancement of the SHG members. She stated that it was imperative for the State Mission to put intensified efforts towards improving livelihoods of the poor. 
Talking about the achievement of the State Mission in the past few years, she said more than 8000 SHGs, over 400 VLO covering more than 77,000 households have come under the NRLM fold. 
Resource persons were NSRLM official Dr. Sokishumo Kithan, State Program Manager (Livelihoods), Renvungo Murry, State Program Manager (MIS), Rajuselie Lhousa, Program Manager (Financial Inclusion) and Epipeni Lotha, Program Manager (Mobilization-DDUGKY).
