NStCB mangers’ conference

The Nagaland State Cooperative Bank (NStCB) held its annual branch managers’ conference under the theme, “NStCB to a New Height” on April 26 at the NStCB head office.

A press release by NStCB stated that the conference was organized to review the Development Action Plan (DAP-2018-19) in which the Bank has earned a profit of Rs 907.03 lakh. The conference also set a profit target of Rs.1500 lakh under DAP-2019-20.

Chairing the meeting, vice chairman of the Bank, Kekhwengulo Lea, expressed optimism that the bank’s professional work force shall take the competitive market as a challenge and as an opportunity to elevate its profits in the coming year. He said that the DAP was a major yard stick to elevate financial parameters of the bank, including its profitability and he called upon the employees to work harder to bring the bank to new heights by achieving the latest DAP projection.

Board of directors, Thsapongkyu Sangtam, LN Ngullie, Zandi Domta, Dr. YY Kiokon and Nungsang Aier; and assistant general manager, NABARD, RO Nagaland, HC Biswas, were present and exchanged ideas in the conference. 

The keynote address was delivered by managing director, R Lipoktoba Aier; general managers, Abhijit Kumar Deb, Ningsangwaba, Bendangnungsang and D Sale, initiated the DAP proceedings; a welcome address was delivered by D Sale and a vote of thanks by general manager, AK Deb.
