NSUP fresher’s orientation-cum-website launch

Naga Students Union Phagwara (NSUP), Punjab, organised fresher’s orientation-cum-website launch programme on August 12. 

A press release from information and publicity secretary, NSUP, Asivi Nagi, stated that advisor, NSUP, Pele George, encouraged fresher’s to make maximum use of the facilities provided by the university and urged them to take active roles and responsibility and to put God first in all walks of life. 
Briefing on design of the website and its need, general secretary, NSUP, Er. Ketusezo Rote, expressed that union was proud to finally launch the official website. 
He stated that it would facilitate quick connectivity amongst members and outside world, to understand working of the union as well as a platform for a look into lives of Naga students studying in Phagwara. 
The website was inaugurated by special guest, pastor, Christian Fellowship Jalandhar, Tiaakum Ozukum.  
Earlier, programme was chaired by assistant general secretary, NSUP, Netanya W Khayi, welcome address delivered by assistant sports secretary, NSUP, Tovikali Chophy and vote of thanks by vice president, NSUP, Imkososang Jamir. 
Other guests included president, North East Organisation Jalandhar (NESOJ), Rinlungso Zimik and Manipur Students’ Union Phagwara (MSUP) representatives.
