NSUS receives aid from Meghalaya government

Naga Students’ Union Shillong (NSUS) as a guardian of all Nagas students hailing from the states of  Nagaland, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh, having received distress calls from the students community stranded in Shillong, have approached Home minister James P. K. Sangma, for his benign intervention. A press release from NSUS president, TP Dining stated that, minister reached out generous hands towards the Naga students in the city. He provided 100 bags of rice besides other items as an interim aid. NSUS therefore thanked the Home minister and also the Khasi Students Union (KSU), who had stood by the Nagas at this critical time and rendered invaluable help to the needy.
