NVBDCP review meeting held in Longleng

National vector borne disease control programme (NVBDCP) Longleng review meeting was held at CMO conference hall on November 7. 

A press release from CMO office Longleng district media officer Roseline stated that, Dr Marina Yaden district vector borne officer (DVBO) presented a power point wherein she gave detailed report status of the district. 
She gave a demographic profile of the district and block wise achievements. 
She also encouraged everyone to attend the review meeting without fail and appealed to the surveillance workers (SWs) to visit all the allotted villages at least once a month, to make sure all M1 report reaches DVBOs office by 25th of every month. She encouraged everyone so that in the future Longleng district would get the first certificate on malaria elimination in the state. DVBO further said that the SWs should increase surveillance and should quality blood slides. 
Dr Obangjungla chief medical officer (CMO) Longleng in her short speech also encouraged all the staff to be sincere in all their reports and to submit the reports on time. 
Earlier, programme was chaired by Nyumoi consultant, invocation prayer by PS Chong (SW), vote of thanks by T Ponge Phom MTS (Tamlu block). Meeting was attended by all the staff under NVBDCP (DVBO) Longleng.
