Online Christian entrepreneurship summit held

A Christian entrepreneurship summit titled “transform Nagaland” was held online over Zoom on September 28 and 29, organized by PAF consulting, a joint effort of Dimapur based organisations Pinnacle Skills, Apex Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd and Friends of Poor.

A press release by the organisers stated that, 18 speakers from the church ministry, Christian entrepreneurs from Nagaland and from various states and abroad spoke at the summit which was registered by over 75 participants.

Prominent speakers at the summit were NBCC general secretary, Rev. Zelhou Keyho, executive secretary CBLT & proprietor Eden enterprises Rev. Achu Chang, Addl. commissioner of taxes Wochamo Odyuo, director of Life Enterprises & Ministry Colo Mero, proprietor & principal Hope Academy Sashila Ozukum, managing director Symbios Creations Pvt. Ltd. Mongkum Jamir, CBCNEI medical secretary Dr. Bamin Tada and chairman of Echahaba Tea Growers Coop. Society Dr. Aotoshi, chairman, Christian forum Dimapur Rev. Moses Murry and others. 

The summit stressed on the need for Nagas to rise up as efficient entrepreneurs and businessmen with Christian values and be job creators. The speakers also emphasised the need for the Church in Nagaland to take lead, promote and encourage entrepreneurship for socio-economic development of the state as Church was the largest organization in the state.

Meanwhile, the summit was a vision casting event and PAF consulting planned to groom Naga entrepreneurs and help develop sustainable businesses with support from various stakeholders.
