Organisations appeal for peaceful conduct of examination

Dimapur District Citizens’ Forum (DDCF) has appealed the concerned department to look into the load shedding of electricity (supply) during the exam time especially from 6 p.m to 11 p.m in the evening and 4 a.m to 8 a.m in the morning which is usually the study hours for the students. A press release from DDCF media cell also asked the concerned department to check noise pollution especially created by night parties as it creates unconducive environment for students.   DDCF requested the traffic personnel to make some arrangements and consider the students in uniform for their safe and timely passage to exam centres.

WCSU: Wokha Circle Students’ Union (WCSU) has urged the citizens of Wokha town to maintain peaceful environment. Union also appealed the people to restrict using loud music entertainment and late night partying within Wokha town during the examination period. Union cautioned that any individual or group hampering the peaceful environment, strict action would be initiated. Union has also appealed the power department to supply proper electricity during HSLC & HSSLC exam. WCSU further wishes best of luck to all the HSLC & HSSLC candidates appearing exam.
