OSC Tuensang organises orientation and sensitisation

One Sop Centre (OSC), Tuensang held an orientation programme for government officers on September 12 at DC’s conference hall. 

A press release from OSC Tuensang stated that, OSC coordinator, Chulong apprised that OSC aims to support women who are affected by violence in private and public spaces including workplace. 

She also highlighted about the range of services provided at the OSC for violence affected women.

Powerpoint on the activities and cases taken up at the Sakhi-OSC, Tuensang was also presented by the centre administrator, Chulong.

DC Tuensang, Mohammed Ali Shihab urged all the stakeholders to render all support to the OSC so that the women of the district will benefit from OSC. The programme was attended by the administrative and police officers, HoDs and all the officers from different departments in the district. OSC is integrated with women Helpline –181.
