Peace Channel conducts peer mediation

Peace Channel organized peer mediation at St. Joseph Higher Secondary School (SJHSS) 7th mile, with Chumdemo Odyuo as resource person for the session on June 10. 

More than 220 students participated at the programme. A press release from Peace Channel stated that, resource person explained the meaning of peer and mediation and what it takes to become a peer mediator.  He explained on the steps and principles for a peer mediator and difference between literate and educated person. 
He also shared on the areas where a peer mediator can intervene, its advantages and disadvantages.  Students shared their thought and ideas.
