Pre-teachers’ day at GPS Nerhe-Phezha

Pre-teachers’ day was celebrated GPS Nerhe-Phezha, Kohima on September 4, organized by school management committee (SMC).

A press release from SMC Nerhe-Phezha chairman, Er. Ketousielie Kenguruse stated that, speeches were delivered by Kiehutuo Usou VCC chairman, Pfuduolie Kenguruse VDB secretary, Zevituo Mere NSU president, Kuolavolie on behalf of the parents and Er. Ketousielie Kenguruse SMC chairman.

There was presentation to the teachers by the SMC Nerhe-Phezha, VDB and NSU, followed by song from the school students. 

The teacher-in-charge Shurhotuonuo Semou spoke on behalf of the students. 

The programme was chaired by Thejao kenguruse, pastor NBC and attended by school teachers, Village Council, Village Development Board, Nerhema Student’s Union, Nerhe-Phezha Youth Organization, SMC members, pastors of the village churches, parents, students and well-wishers.

DRSU,KSON extend Teacher’s Day greetings

DRSU: Dimapur Rengma Students’ Union (DRSU) has extended Teachers’ Day greetings to all the teachers on the auspicious day. A press release by president, Tenyebinlo Himb and education & statistical secretary, Nony Semy, expressed gratitude to all the teachers responsible for moulding the students. DRSU also requested all the teachers to be punctual, honest and God fearing so that while executing their duties, both teachers and students would be benefited in building a successful future. 

KSON: Kuki Students’ Organisation Nagaland (KSON) has also extended their best wishes to all the teachers of the Kuki community in particular and all the teachers of Nagaland. KSON media cell in a statement said, “teachers deserve all respect from society as they are the spark plug of life’s vehicle.”
