Proposed medical store closure called off

Nagaland Medicine Dealers Association (NMDA) has called off the proposed 12-hour “token closer” of its trade in and around Dimapur on October 5, 2019. In a press release, NMDA president A. Ato Yepthomi and general secretary Ashok Kr. Singhal said the decision was taken after an emergency meeting with the deputy commissioner (DC) Dimapur. At the meeting, the problems faced by the medical fraternity were deliberated at length. Following a detailed discussion on the problems faced by the members of NMDA, DC Dimapur Kevin Kevekha Zehol assured to redress all the difficulties on time.
