Taking serious note of people misusing the car passes issued for movement in the state capital Kohima, the district administration Saturday reinforced stringent measures and issued fresh passes to keep check on movement.

The car passes with more details in A4 size papers were issued. On Saturday, deputy commissioner’s office was packed with people, who rushed to obtain the new passes.
