RARC Dimapur informs on AYUSH app

Regional Ayurveda Research Centre (RARC), Dimapur has informed that the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) has developed “AYUSH Sanjivani” mobile application to evaluate the outcomes of measures adopted by public for enhancing immunity and keeping themselves safe in these testing times which had brought the whole world at standstill. 

In a press release, RARC Dimapur office stated that in view of public health challenge posed by COVID-19, the ministry of AYUSH had listed interventions from different AYUSH systems of medicine, for preventive health measures and also for boosting immunity during COVID-19 crisis.

RARC Dimapur said responses received from general public through this application will be an important area of examination to establish our reach up to the common masses.

The release said the app is the centre of a massive exercise to study specific health seeking behavior of the public and all those who will volunteer to furnish information through this app will significantly contribute to the study of public health in the country.
