RC Kma welcomes cyclists Ajith, Fayis

The Rotary Club Kohima welcomed two cyclists from Rotary Club of Calicut Uptown, Kerela. They started paddling their cycles on August 8 in a mission to connect the world through their journey, to end polio, to raise awareness about health issues and environment.

After riding for 45 days, the duo reached Kohima on September 20. The duo will travel through seven countries viz. India, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, and end in Singapore with a gala ceremony. 
In Kohima, they visited World War Cemetery and also witnessed the opening ceremony of the prestigious soccer tournament, 20th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial  Trophy 2019 in Kohima.
Rotary Club Kohima president, Dr. Neisatuo Mero, in the presence of the club members, flagged off their next ride to Imphal via Senapati on September 22.
