Sadbhavana Diwas observed in Kohima

Along with the rest of the country Nagaland State observed ‘Sadbhavan Diwas’ on August 20 in the Secretariat Conference Hall, Kohima. DIPR reports that the function was chaired by the Home Commissioner, R. Ramakrishnan. Addressing the solemn occasion, he also spoke about the significance of the day, referring to it as ‘a day of harmony.’ He further said the nation remembers Rajiv Gandhi, the former Prime Minister of India, on his birth anniversary. The Home Commissioner also administered the pledge to the officers and staff.
