SBCZ conducts 63rd youth conference-cum-revival

The 63-U Lhothemi Baghi Hoho eno Xukithe Hoho (63rd youth conference-cum-revival) hour, hosted by Sumi Baptist Church Zunheboto (SBCZ) under the theme “Chikhoi keu kuxu puzu woni (pressing towards the fullness of life)” concluded on December 15. 

A press release from co-convenor media and publicity, Itokato counsellor-cum-assistant pastor SBCZ stated that, Kakheli Inato secy women ministry WSBAK spoke on the topic and encouraged the youths to take back what the devil had taken from them. She added that Jesus came to give abundance of life and if one starts living the life of abundance Jesus will transform their life. She further said that to press towards the fullness of life, one must strengthen one’s life to walk with God and urged them to walk with honesty, sincerity and faithfulness.

Kakheli also expounded on the gospel of John 10:10 and said that “our body is the temple of God” and they ought to glorify God through clean body. She added that living in fulness in the church is to serve the society and Church with the body God has given.

At the conference SBAK gave annual awards to Rotomi Baptist Church for mass marriage, Aghunato village, Satakha town, Keltomi, Nitoi, Lita old, Kilo old, Centre Church, Phuye old, Asukhomi, Rotomi and Izheto for clean village while Asukhoto village was awarded as intoxicant free village.
