SBI organizes mega customers meet

With an aim to bridge the gap and build better relationship between bankers and customers, State Bank of India (SBI), Kohima main branch organized the first ever mega customer meet at AMK building D block on Wednesday.

Hepuni Bismarck said that the purpose of the meet was to address the queries and seek suggestion from the customers to improve services. He also said that customers can raise their grievances and grudges so that inconvenience faced by the customer while doing their banking activities at bank can be resolved.

The AGM also appealed to the customers to maintain proper statutory documents and returns such as IT returns, GST, etc. 

He also cautioned the customer not to disclose ATM number, OTP, PIN etc to anyone no matter, who the caller is. 

Bismarck further urged the customers to go digital as banking in the future will be defined and driven by the digital technology in tune with the digital policy of the government of India. He also encouraged the SBI customers to download “YONO” apps for all kinds of banking and financial digital solution under a single platform.    

During the interactive session, bank officials clarified the doubts and queries raised by the customers. Many customers including SBI officials and staff attended the first ever SBI mega customer meet. The programme concluded by vote of thanks by V. Metha.
