Score Heroes emerged as the winner of 5th Open Penalty Shoot-Out Tournament, organised by Prodigies Group, under the theme “Innovating a stronger fellowship” at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima on Saturday. 

Score Heroes received a cash prize of Rs. 30,000 along with certificates while the runner up, Methele received a cash prize of Rs. 20,000.

Meriema Village Youth Organisation (B) and Meriema Village Youth Organisation (A) stood third and fourth position and pocketed a cash prize of Rs 10,000 and Rs. 5,000 respectively.

Seketou Pienyü of Score Heroes was named the best goal keeper and received a cash prize of Rs. 5000.

The prize sponsors of the 5th edition are M/s KK Motors (Royal Enfield), M/s T.V & Co (Proprietor of Brikolite), M/s FIRA Furniture (Godrej Interior) and M/s Akhrieu & Co.

Seyiekuolie Kesiezie, president, Nagaland Government Registered Class-I Contractors Union and Akumla Chuba, director, youth resources and sports graced the tournament as event patron and guest patron respectively.

Altogether, 76 teams including students, veterans, professional footballers, clubs, colony youth and others participated in the tournament.
