Seminar on leadership held at Phek

Phek Village Council (PVC) conducted a one-day seminar on leadership at Phek village on October 12. 

District & session judge Zunheboto, Niechochiyi Venuh the main speaker of the seminar spoke on the topic “Powers and functions of village council.” The first session was chaired by Vekuduyi Venuh, VCM and lead farmer IFAD while PVC chairman Chivozo Soho delivered welcome address. 
The second session was chaired by Huveta Hoshi GB and chairman Forest committee. Dusanu Venuh, head GB Phek village exhorted the gathering.
Village council chairmen of Tezatse, Kotisu, Phek Basa also spoke at the seminar.
The seminar was hosted by Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu MLA and attended by all the six Phekmi descendants’ villages. Vote of thanks was proposed by Phek village VDB secretary, Niechotsu Venuh.
