Skill development for MCC faculty and students

Model Christian College (MCC) organized a workshop on choice based credit system, for its faculty and staff on February 15. 

A press release from principal, MCC, stated that assistant professor, English, Dr. Seyiekhrielie Whiso, and assistant professor, Mathematics and deputy controller of examinations, Kohima Science College, Jotsoma, Tisovi Meyese, were the resource persons.

The release added that an add on course under the theme “Skill development  programme for students in advance technologies”, was conducted by Telcocrats Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Mohali, Punjab, from February 10 to 15, where resource persons were director, Telcocrats Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Kapil Bhutani and his assistant, Praveen Vangala. 

It also included courses such as installation and maintenance of photocopiers and printers, optical fiber splicer, optical fiber technician, and embedded system design. Altogether, 90 students participated in the programme.
