Skill training for “Unemployed Youth Batch 29” is currently underway at Don Bosco Tech AIDA centre. The training was inaugurated by Dimapur Ao Baptist Church, senior pastor, Rev. I Wati as special guest. 

A press release from Don Bosco Tech AIDA Centre coordinator, Towoka stated that, Rev. Wati, motivated the trainees saying, “We need to find out the purpose of our life. 

If not, we will not be able to live meaningfully in this world.”

 He said that nothing was too small in the eyes of God and that they need to try their best and continue to work hard so that God will make them successful one day. 

He also mentioned that knowledge and skill was required to live a good future.  

Anita Kapuh, state placement coordinator shared about the skill development programme that started in 2010 for the less educated, unemployed youth and informed that Bosco Tech Dimapur region has trained 11500 youth and placed 8461. 

Athihe Hopeson welcomed the gathering and N Yingnu Konyak shared her life testimony. 

Folk dances and songs were performed by trainees. Imnawapang Tsudir gave vote of thanks.

Batch 29 of skill training for unemployed youth started on April 23 with 52 trainees from different tribes of Northeast.
