St Anthony School wins ANSPA quiz competition

St Anthony School Tenyiphe, Dimapur emerged as the winner of All Nagaland Private Schools Association (ANPSA) state level quiz competition held at NBCC Platinum Jubilee hall, Kohima on Tuesday. 

Olympic School, Zunheboto and Perennial School Wokha finished in second and third places respectively. Quiz Master Ajit John, headmaster of St.Joh’s School encouraged the students by conducting the finale with his mastery over the general knowledge quiz.

All Nagaland Private School Association (ANPSA) president, Nini Sekhose gave away the cash prizes and the certificates to the winners and the participants.

Principal of Mount Sinai Higher Secondary School Kohima, P.J.Nathan graced the inaugural session. In his speech, he said the event was not only for finding out the winner but to unite among all the schools of Nagaland and to enrich the students to prepare the future platform for working together.

A total of eight schools from different district units took part in the grand finale.

Vineyard School and St. Mary’s Cathedral Higher Secondary School represented Kohima unit, St. Anthony School,Tenyiphe and Little Flower School represented Dimapur unit, Wokha unit was represented by Perennial Montessori School and Fernbrook School, while Olympic School and Step by Step School for Zunheboto unit.
