Summer Challenger Cup from July 23

Summer Challenger Cup 2018, an initiative of Catalysts for Change (C4C), is all set to begin from July 23 till August 3 at local ground, Medziphema. 
Altogether, 25 teams will be participating in the tournament. The chief patron of the tournament, Zhaleo Rio, Deputy Speaker, NLA will declare the tournament open at the inaugural function scheduled for 2:00 PM.
The winner of the tournament will receive a cash prize of Rs. 50,000 sponsored by Rokolhou Angami, Class-I contractor while the runners up will pocket Rs. 30,000 sponsored by Megozelhou Kuotsu, businessman and entrepreneur. The individual prizes for best player, highest scorer and best goalkeeper is sponsored by Er. Rokovito Meyase Iralu, SDO Electrical Transmission, Dimapur. 
The tournament will be played in knockout format. 
Catalysts for Change (C4C), a social concern group, is comprised of young like-minded individuals from different fields of profession, having multiple interests in sports, music, culture, academics, social works and others.
