SDB Fr. Peter Salew said that in the present scenario, students were over stressed with high expectations from parents and society at large. While academic stress was also another heavy toll on the health and wellness of the students.
In the past, he said students were advised and encouraged to study hard but nowadays, students need to be motivated and taught how to study smart and come out with flying colours.
“Learning to live and work together with others is an art every student should acquire to be happy in life”, he said.
SYM department also organized orientation programme for the students of class 11 & 12 (Science) and class 12A & 12B (Arts).
