Reacting to news item “TU clarifies on selection of office bearers”, the Tseminyu Union (TU) has clarified that the constitution drafting committee was duly constituted by the union in its general meeting held on April 26, 2018 at Tseminyu village council hall.

In a statement, H. Kegwalo Tep and Ntsenyhun Nsü, who claimed to be the chairman and general secretary of TU respectively , stated that they were elected by the seven clans under TU in the general meeting held on April 27, 2019 at Zisunyu village council.
Therefore, the two claimed that the question of treating TU office bearers as “null and void” did not arise.
They alleged that Yhunsenlo Kent was a rejected “self styled” general secretary and “should not bite his own flesh” and “ashamed of himself for misguiding the public” on several occasions.
In this regard, the union has informed all concerned not to be sway away by “ill conceived” and “divisive propaganda” propagated by Yhunsenlo.
The union also stated that it did not intent to publish any press statement against this issue rather than other pertinent issues.
