TYOD condemns tax demand

Tenyimi Youth Organization Dimapur (TYOD) has strongly condemned the intimidation and demand served to Progressive Motors Dimapur by “various underground faction in the name of yearly taxation.” In a condemnation by TYOD president Thejangulie Angami cautioned that, if any untoward incident happens or occurred to any of the family members of the proprietors of Progressive Motors and his working staff, the sole responsible shall be held by the particular faction. Union also expressed its gratitude to the Dimapur Police for acting swift to nab the culprit and that justice will be meted as per provision of the law. TYOD also called on the governor of Nagaland R. N. Ravi to act swift so as to ensure that innocent public life were safe and free from all anti social elements. TYOD further asked that sufficient neutral forces be deployed at various check gates, and entire Dimapur town which have been developing into a hot bed for all anti social element.
