UGC SWAYAM workshops conducted across NU campuses

A UGC SWAYAM workshops program was organised across campuses of Nagaland University (NU) from March 25 to 27. The first workshop was held in Nagaland University SASRD Medziphema on March 25, followed by the workshop in NU Kohima campus on March 26, while the final workshop was held at NU headquarters Lumami on March 27.

A press release from NU Lumami headquarter PRO, Peter Ki stated that Moasunep Kichu (Producer-I) from EMRC, Kolkata was the resource person for all the three workshops focusing mainly on how to develop MOOC courses under SWAYAM. The workshop benefitted SWAYM course coordinators across departments of the university as well as the students.

The whole program was coordinated by head, department of Botany professor, SK Chaturvedi, who is also the SWAYAM coordinator of Nagaland University. The press release added that each of the 41 departments of the University has a SWAYAM course coordinator.
